Two chairs, then four, then a classroom upstairs
SS started as a small unisex salon and grew into an academy because clients kept asking where they could learn to do it themselves.
Who we are
We are a unisex salon in Ahilyanagar, which means men, women and children are all booked into the same diary and all treated as proper clients. That sounds obvious. In a lot of towns it still is not.
The academy came later. Girls who came in for a haircut kept asking whether we would teach them, and it turned out there was nowhere nearby doing it seriously, with live clients and a small batch, rather than a room of thirty people watching a demonstration from the back.
So we teach in the salon. Students practise on mannequins for a fortnight, then on real people under supervision, and by the time they finish they have a portfolio rather than just a certificate.

Sanitised between every appointment, fresh blades, disposable where it should be disposable.

And on this website. What you are quoted at the chair is what you pay at the counter.
Book a chair, or a seat in class
Walk-ins are welcome, but a call means you get the stylist you want at the time you want. For the academy, ask for a batch date and a fee breakdown.
